Roo Code stores everything under the VS Code extension globalStorage folder %APPDATA%\Code\User\globalStorage\rooveterinaryinc.roo-cline\
unless the roo-cline.customStoragePath setting points elsewhere (check the user settings.json collected by VisualStudioCode.tkape).
The project was archived in May 2026 in favor of a successor, but existing installs retain their task history.
