Notes
Cline stores task data in the VS Code extension globalStorage folder %APPDATA%\Code\User\globalStorage\saoudrizwan.claude-dev\
(extension ID lowercased) and, since 4.x, its global state and secrets under %USERPROFILE%\.cline\data\
(override: CLINE_DATA_DIR or CLINE_DIR). The VS Code User folder is %APPDATA%\Code\User by default;
Cline installed in Cursor or VSCodium would be under that editor's equivalent User\globalStorage.
Deliberately not collected: .cline\data\secrets.json (API keys).
